• Cold cutting: Made of imported materials for exceptional durability (patented technology).
  It supports automatic roll loading, error correction, color mark alignment, handhole punching and vent hole punching. It integrates functions including automatic counting, batch delivery, broken wire alarm, and automatic shutdown alert for faults and their root causes.
  It realizes full automation of handgrip buckle automatic feeding, punching and buckle installation, drastically reducing manual labor. It is also equipped with an automatic reject function for missing buckles to guarantee the qualified rate of finished products.
  It is compatible with various bag types, including woven bags, rice bags, flour bags, single-color printed bags, double-color printed bags and laminated bags.
  It supports both heat-sealed edge and stitched edge processes, with optional cold cutting, hot cutting or combined hot & cold cutting processes.
  It can be used independently as a cutting & stitching machine, with automatic switching between cutting & stitching mode and handgrip buckle installation mode. This multi-functional machine allows one person to complete all operations.
